I did research for a populair blog that totally exists out of user generated content. I searched for possibilities to motivate the current members to interact more with the social network. My research can be put to use to other cases as well in social media since I tackled the problem in the broadest sense.

This project was about whether it was possible to replace the existing portal of Hogeschool Rotterdam by the Brigle famework. After research in the initial phase we concluded that Brigle has the most potential on mobile platforms. We developed an optimized iPhone webapp (prototype) which makes clear how the webapp should work.
My role as a projectleader was to control the group who developed the app, but I was also very involved with the parallel groups doing more indepth research and prototyping. I strived to share as much information as possible with the other groups so we didn't make the same mistakes and learn more to get the best endresult. Therefore we have delivered a working prototype with research and user surveys within 8 weeks.

Battle of concepts is platform where companies post innovative challenges. People can send in their concept, as in a contest the company will decide who is the winner.
I like to join the battles in my spare time. I see it as a creative activity and it broadens my horizon.

Development of a cube that can assist you while video-chatting. Your photos and videos will be shown on the surface of the cube with augmented reality. This way you can chat without the use of a keyboard or mouse. The experience will be more about sharing life and without pc hardware you will feel more connected to your partner.
